To protect printed material, both indoors and outdoors, we use flexible monomer laminating films with a useful life of 4–8 years in the following surface treatments: glossy, semi-glossy, and matt. The UV filter contained in all the materials we use will enhance the life of your printed material. Machine imitation of various surfaces is possible with board-like materials up to 60mm thick and 1500mm wide.

Laminating technology

We use state-of-the-art cold laminating technology, with the option of heating up the laminating drum to 45°C. This guarantees that the laminating foil clings perfectly to the printed material. Perfect application is ensured by continuously controlling the pressure with an accuracy to 0.1mm.

Floor laminated plastics

This is a thick laminating film with a coarse structure, used in applications for floor graphics or to reinforce printed material by attaching the film onto the reverse of such material. 

Stoplight

Containing a layer of aluminium, stoplight is a specialised film for back lamination to prevent printed material from showing through. 

Double-sided self-adhesive film

Exceptional in its outstanding capacity to withstand temperature variations, this self-adhesive film can be applied to various surfaces of printed material.  

Seal Optimount Ultry double-sided self-adhesive film

Completely clear and self-adhesive, this specialised film is frequently used in printing on glass, applying the printed side to the inside surface of the glass.

Laminating with state-of-the-art Rolls Roller® Flatbed Laminator technology, we can apply films or laminated plastics to various materials of different sizes and thickness.
